Logo usage
guidelines & standards
in Ottawa
if they’re documented. A brandbook turns creative intent into consistent execution.
Challenges we solve
No conflict.
Just one voice.
When a brand speaks
in fragments, people don’t listen — they scroll. With a clear brandbook, your voice shows up the same in every slide, screen, and store shelf — instantly recognizable, even without the logo.
Everyone’s making
it up as they go.
No shared rules means
no shared results.
Design breaks across platforms.
What works on Instagram fails
in a pitch deck.
Hard to apply,
hard to remember.
Good design gets lost without structure.
Doesn’t hold up next
to competitors.
The identity doesn’t reflect
the actual value.

What goes into brandbook creation?
Brandbook cost in Ottawa
Not every brandbook needs the same depth. Pricing scales with brand complexity,
team size, asset count, and delivery needs — not fluff for fluff’s sake.
What our clients say
Big thanks to the Toimi team! Everything was done thoughtfully, tastefully, and right on schedule. Loved how design and development were handled together — quick approvals, quick launch. Super easy to work with.
We came in with a task tailored to our business — and everything was adapted to fit, no templates. What we appreciated most is that they didn't just think about how to build it, but why. You can feel the care in their approach.
We ordered a webinar interface design and a couple of fintech-related things from Toimi — everything was on point. What stood out was that they didn't just deliver, but also suggested ways to simplify. We took notes.
We plan to continue working
with Toimi!

FAQ
Didn’t find what you were looking for? Drop us a line at info@toimi.pro.
Can you work with existing brand assets?
Yes. If you already have a logo, color palette, or typography, we can audit and structure them into a formal brand system — including spacing rules, usage tiers, and fail-safes.
What exactly is included in a brandbook?
Typical components: logo system and rules, typography hierarchy, color specs (RGB, CMYK, HEX), layout grids, iconography, imagery direction, and tone-of-voice guidelines (if needed). Custom sections depend on brand needs.
Do you include editable files?
Yes. Alongside the PDF brandbook, we deliver reusable assets in Figma, and optionally exportable packs (SVG, PNG, font files, etc.). Asset kits match what’s documented.
How is it different from a brand guideline PDF?
A brandbook is a logic system — not just a visual manual. It defines how and why elements work, and is meant to be operational, not just reference. We structure for onboarding, scaling, and cross-team alignment use.
Can this integrate with design systems or CMS?
Yes. We can align tokens (type sizes, spacing, color codes) to existing design systems and output brand kits compatible with tools like Figma Libraries, Webflow, or Notion-brand hubs.
