A locations page for a company with more than one office

A company with one address can put it in the footer and move on. A company with several offices needs an actual page, because the real question a visitor asks is rarely just where. It is which one applies to them. A sales contact, a job opening, a support line, a registered entity to serve papers on. Each points to a different office.

The most common failure is a flat list of addresses. No way to tell them apart. Ten entries in alphabetical order say nothing about which handles which request. Group locations by function first, then by region: headquarters and registered address, then divisional offices, then anything that exists only for one department, such as manufacturing or a support desk.

Maps embedded for their own sake rarely help. A pin answers a driving question, not a business one, and most visitors to this page are not planning to drive anywhere. Include a map when foot traffic genuinely matters. Otherwise a clear address block with a phone number and a named contact route does more work than any map.

Each entry should state what actually happens there. Do not assume the address explains it. A short line such as design studio and client meetings only, or manufacturing and quality control, closes off a wasted call from someone expecting a reception desk that does not exist. Silence on this point generates more misdirected enquiries than any other gap on the page.

Keeping the page accurate is harder than building it. That is the hard part. Offices open, close, sublet space, or quietly turn into mail-only addresses kept for registration. A page nobody owns drifts out of date within a year, and a wrong address is worse than none at all, because a visitor or a courier trusts it and acts on it.

Search engines treat this page differently depending on how it is built. Structure decides the outcome. A flat block of text with addresses buried inside paragraphs gives them little to work with. A page built from a repeatable, structured entry per address lets each office surface correctly in local search results and business listings drawing on the same data.

Formatting needs one standard applied everywhere. Mixing address formats, adding a country code to some phone numbers and not others, or listing hours differently across entries looks assembled from separate submissions rather than maintained as one document, and that impression rubs off on how much the rest of the site gets trusted.

For a growing company, minimal often beats padded. One well-maintained entry with a direct contact route beats a long page listing every temporary desk the company has ever rented. These pages accumulate clutter fast. Pruning stale entries deserves the same attention as adding new ones.

What distinguishes a corporate website for a Burbank enterprise from a standard corporate site?

Burbank corporate websites exist alongside The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. Discovery — two of the world's most sophisticated corporate media presences. Your Burbank corporate site competes for credibility in a market that includes the world's highest entertainment industry production values and global media brand standards. Toimi builds corporate sites balancing executive professionalism with entertainment industry production values — communicating that your Burbank company belongs in this demanding environment.

How does Toimi approach corporate websites for Burbank entertainment industry companies with multiple stakeholder audiences?

Burbank entertainment industry companies typically address diverse stakeholders — creative industry partners (directors, producers, studios), executive decision-makers, talent and crew, technology partners, investor audiences (for public media companies), and consumers. We architect corporate sites with audience-aware content pathways — industry professionals find portfolio and capability content quickly while investors find financial content and consumers find engagement content.

What is the typical timeline and investment for a corporate website project for a Burbank company?

Corporate websites for Burbank enterprises span 8–16 weeks — discovery and strategy (2–3 weeks), design (3–5 weeks reflecting entertainment industry visual expectations), development (3–6 weeks), QA/launch (1–2 weeks). Entertainment industry clients typically require more creative iteration than standard corporate work. Disney, Warner Bros., and enterprise media clients operate with formal governance and extended review cycles.

Can Toimi build corporate websites integrating with enterprise platforms Burbank companies rely on?

We integrate Burbank corporate sites with enterprise platforms: Salesforce, Workday, Greenhouse (critical for entertainment industry talent acquisition), Okta, and industry-specific platforms. For entertainment industry-adjacent clients, we integrate with specialized industry databases (IMDbPro, Variety Insight, Studio System), talent management platforms, and production tracking systems. For investor relations sites, we integrate with financial reporting systems.

How does Toimi ensure a corporate website properly positions a Burbank company against entertainment industry competitors?

We begin with competitive audit — analyzing how Burbank entertainment industry peers present themselves and identifying positioning white space. Your corporate site must differentiate from the globally-recognized brands sharing your city (Disney, Warner Bros.) while meeting the visual and production standards they set. Our design team creates distinctive visual identities within entertainment industry parameters.

What accessibility and compliance standards does Toimi implement for Burbank corporate sites?

We build to WCAG 2.1 AA standards minimum — critical given California's active accessibility litigation environment and entertainment industry's increased attention to accessibility. For Burbank entertainment industry clients, we implement enhanced accessibility including video accessibility (captions, audio descriptions, transcripts), proper ARIA for interactive media, and compliance appropriate to entertainment industry scale.

How does Toimi manage content strategy and migration for Burbank enterprise corporate website projects?

Burbank entertainment industry enterprises often have extensive content libraries — project portfolios, talent rosters, production histories, press archives, investor content. We provide structured content auditing identifying what to migrate, consolidate, or retire. Our migration process preserves SEO equity through proper redirects and metadata handling. For entertainment industry clients, we handle specialized content types (project credits, talent filmographies, press archives) that general corporate websites don't require.

What post-launch support does Toimi provide for Burbank corporate websites?

Our enterprise support includes 24/7 uptime monitoring, security patching, performance optimization, and content update assistance. Burbank entertainment industry clients have particular ongoing content needs — new project announcements, talent updates, press releases, awards season activity, industry event coverage. We provide dedicated account managers familiar with entertainment industry calendar and operational rhythms.
