Artyom Dovgopol is the founder and CEO of Toimi, a digital product studio that approaches business as a system — not a collection of disconnected tasks.
From the start, Artyom built Toimi around an intentionally simple philosophy: clear processes, direct communication, and accountability for results matter more than formal roles, loud methodologies, or decorative frameworks. The studio values clarity — in decision-making, system architecture, and client collaboration.
Before founding Toimi, Artyom worked extensively with internal systems, business processes, and product teams, helping companies bring structure and order to complex digital environments. His focus has always been on predictability and control — ensuring that products evolve deliberately, aligned with real business goals and real-world constraints, rather than growing chaotically.
That same practical mindset led to the creation of Taskee — a task and time management tool originally built for Toimi’s internal use. Over time, it evolved into an independent product now used by teams outside the studio.
