Business Development Manager (BDM)

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a strong Business Development Manager.

What will you do

Build and develop relationships with clients and partners

Negotiate with decision-makers of companies

Prepare presentations with the team and defend commercial proposals

Work with the existing database and expand the network of contacts

Support the sale until completion and hand over the project for implementation to the team

Increase presence in the Russian market and expand into foreign markets

Our candidate

Loves and excels at building long sales cycles

Has at least 3 years of sales experience using various search channels

Able to work with a database and find new clients and partners

Works effectively both independently and in a team

Understands the IT market and its nuances

Result-oriented, with a high level of self-organization and responsibility

Creativity, energy, communicativeness, and intellectual development

It will be a plus

English for communication with foreign partners and clients

Experience in selling website and mobile application development
