Our team is growing, and we are looking for a strong Business Development Manager.
Key skills
What will you do
Build and develop relationships with clients and partners
Negotiate with company decision-makers
Prepare presentations with the team and defend commercial proposals related to web development and digital products
Work with the existing database and expand the network of contacts
Support sales until completion and hand projects over to the delivery team
Grow presence in the Russian market and expand into foreign markets, including projects involving complex online services
Our candidate
Enjoys and excels at long sales cycles
Has at least 3 years of sales experience using various lead-generation channels
Able to work with databases and independently find new clients and partners
Works effectively both independently and within a team
Understands the IT market and its nuances, including website and mobile application development
Result-oriented with a high level of self-organization and responsibility
Creative, energetic, communicative, and intellectually curious
It will be a plus
English for communication with foreign partners and clients
Experience selling website and mobile application development services
