Recruiter

Searching and recruiting specialists in IT, sales, and marketing for full-time positions and outstaffing projects.

Conducting interviews, assessing soft skills and partially hard skills.

Managing the candidate database and maintaining long-term relationships with them.

Interacting with the team and clients to clarify requirements for candidates and organize technical interviews.

Supporting and guiding top candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process, from the first contact to starting the job.

Modern methods of candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, etc.)

Experience as an IT recruiter for at least 3 years.

Experience in filling vacancies, including rare specialists and executives for both full-time positions and outstaffing.

Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate.

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Ability to understand complex technical specializations, as well as a deep understanding of sales and marketing needs.

Skills in presenting and selling the company to candidates

Experience working in recruitment agencies and in-house at companies

Knowledge of English or Spanish
