Experience as an IT recruiter for at least 3 years.
Experience in filling vacancies, including rare specialists and executives for both full-time positions and outstaffing.
Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Ability to understand complex technical specializations, as well as a deep understanding of sales and marketing needs.
Skills in presenting and selling the company to candidates
Experience working in recruitment agencies and in-house at companies
Knowledge of English or Spanish
