Key skills
What will you do
Search for and recruit specialists in IT, sales, and marketing for full-time positions and outstaffing projects, including teams working on web development and digital products
Conduct interviews, assess soft skills and partially hard skills
Manage the candidate database and build long-term relationships
Interact with teams and clients to clarify candidate requirements and organize technical interviews
Support top candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from first contact to onboarding
Use modern sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, etc.)
Our candidate
At least 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter
Experience filling roles for both full-time positions and outstaffing, including rare specialists and executives
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Ability to understand complex technical roles, including UX/UI design and branding specialists
Skilled at presenting and βsellingβ the company to candidates
It will be a plus
Experience working both in recruitment agencies and in-house
Knowledge of English or Spanish
