Toimi is looking for a business assistant for the team, with personal assistant tasks for the CEO — someone who is dedicated to their work and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Key skills
What will you do
Collecting and analyzing information for the CEO, marketing, sales, and HR teams, structuring data in Google Sheets
Working with document flow (drafting contracts, requesting closing documents and reconciliation statements, sending them to clients)
Sending emails to clients and partners
Creating presentations for the sales team, including materials related to marketing kits and commercial proposals
Performing additional tasks for the CEO: meeting minutes, calendar management, and assistance with organizing corporate events
Our candidate
At least 2 years of experience as a business assistant or executive assistant
Ability to present information quickly, clearly, and in a structured way
Enjoys working with spreadsheets and organizing data
Strong multitasking skills and ability to switch between tasks efficiently
Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
