Working with document flow (drafting contracts, requesting closing documents and reconciliation statements, sending them to clients)
Sending emails to clients and partners
Creating presentations for the sales department
Performing other tasks for the CEO (taking meeting minutes, managing the calendar, assisting in organizing corporate events, etc.)
With at least 2 years of experience as a business assistant / executive assistant
Able to present information quickly and clearly
Loves working with spreadsheets and structuring information
Multitasking and able to quickly switch from one task to another
Detail-oriented and responsible
Writes and speaks correctly
English
