IT company OptimalGroup develops complex Internet solutions and provides outsourcing services for high-class IT specialists

Scope of works

We conducted an in-depth analysis of the company’s business processes, developed a Customer Journey Map, and designed the website interfaces. Based on these results, we prepared the complete design system and performed front-end development — a process grounded in our UI/UX & product design approach.

Storytelling is available on every page of the website

What we have done

We studied the internal processes of OptimalGroup and built a detailed customer map to improve user experience. We developed a corporate identity and emotional communication layer, shaping the foundation of the company’s brand platform.
We prepared a high-fidelity prototype with carefully developed usability and created a harmonious interface aimed at fully immersing users into the brand’s story. Each unique screen reflects the principles of our custom design practice, where every page is intentionally crafted rather than templated.

Development of a corporate identity

OptimalGroup is a company with a reputation as a responsible developer of digital systems, headed by a person with strong charisma and a great sense of humor - the founder and the Chief Technology Officer Aleksandr Nefedov.

The bright image and charisma of the founder of the company provided the basis for the corporate identity formation. Positive emotions served as the key to brand development. Our goal was to give the company a face, to spiritualize "Optimal". The abbreviation “OG” steered our ideas in the right direction.

The customer has a route

With the help of the Customer Journey Map, we identified all communication intersections and evaluated points where users could drop off. This allowed us to eliminate interface issues and improve flows across the entire website — an essential stage for large corporate websites with complex service catalogs.

The effectiveness of the site is laid in the prototype

The OptimalGroup website is aimed at maximum convergence with its users. Each page is a part of a whole story, through which we guide the website visitors. And it is the prototype that determines how much the user will be involved in interacting with the site. A detailed analysis of the target audience and the correct choice of the location of elements on the page help with this.
