This is a multi-functional online service designed for instantaneous purchases and sales on commodity markets.
The company is transforming the market by uniting vertically integrated suppliers, independent producers, and end consumers — shortening the supply chain and creating tangible benefits for all market participants.
We developed a B2B marketplace based on the Vue.js + Symfony stack, along with a mobile application. Ongoing version development of the portal was carried out, followed by full technical support.
We also automated the launch of advertising campaigns and developed a proprietary advertising account for internal use.
Transfer petroleum product purchasing to an online format and optimize the process. Automate supplier operations through a dedicated API layer enabling seamless data exchange and operational control.
It was decided that the public part of the platform would remain a marketplace showcase: products are visible, but orders cannot be placed directly. This is a standard solution for production-oriented platforms, where the full set of functions becomes available only after authorization through a dedicated personal account.
We developed a mobile application allowing users to work with the marketplace and their personal accounts even in locations without network access. This ensured uninterrupted interaction with the platform as part of a broader web development solution.
The buyer does not need to visit the office to conclude an agreement or prepare documents. The ordering process is handled digitally as part of a structured ecommerce solution.
In addition, the mobile application simplifies the shipment of petroleum products to the client’s transport — the only stage that still requires physical presence.
We have solved the problem of accounting of operations in the warehouse and on the logistics. We have implemented order management. We have set up storage and generation of documents. We have automated work with leads.

Low speed of transaction settlement when trading petroleum products
We’ve implemented a calculator to estimate preliminary shipping costs, a convenient order form, and a tech support chat, as well as automated the order processing and the issuance of documents
Low quality of products and lack of quality control mechanisms
Each product now has a certificate of quality. All suppliers are thoroughly vetted before being engaged
We've already had the following developments when the project started: automated accounting system, IT solutions for various departments, first mobile app version.
The first big release, which included the public section of the website and filters by company, as well as vehicle or transport type. We’ve added the Catalogue section, configured the Vendor role, adding the option to preview listings before creating or editing them, and enabled bidding through the offer list. We’ve also set up a live tech support chat and implemented a price history chart available for each individual product. Finally, we’ve made multiple UI improvements and added information pages.
We’ve entered into an agreement with SberBusiness to enable a credit purchase option.
An increase in headcount opened up the possibility of offering a fuel hauling service to customers in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
